BuffBrigade

Your army grows on its own. What you do with it is the game.

Hold one fortified plateau against up to 11 rivals. Your brigade spawns on a timer, your kills pay for the upgrades, and every tier you buy re-forges the whole army at once. Last Stronghold standing wins.

What it is

A strategy game with the busywork removed

No worker economy, no build queue, no per-unit micro. What is left is the part that was always the decision: what do you spend on, and where do you send the army you already have.

Killing is how you get paid

A fighter pays a base 5 gold and 5 wood. A gate or tower pays 30g and 15w. Cracking an enemy Stronghold pays 250g. Faction bonuses can add to that baseline.

No economy to babysit

There are no workers, no gathering and no build queue. You never manage an economy: you win fights, and the fights pay for everything.

One tap commands the brigade

Tap any of your fighters and the whole formation is selected. Tap ground to move, tap an enemy to attack. No drag-select, no control groups, no per-unit micro.

Upgrades arm everyone instantly

There is no unit shop and no tech tree to plan around. Buy an Armory tier and every fighter you own, present and future, is upgraded the moment you pay.

The forge

Ten tiers you can see from across the map

Every Armory tier re-forges the model on the battlefield. Drag the slider, or let it run through all five factions.

T10

Human · Max tier

T0T5T10

Sword, helmet, armor, shield and boots each climb ten tiers, and every tier changes the model on the battlefield. You read an enemy's strength from their silhouette, so there are no army skins: what you see is what you fight.

The core loop

Fight, get paid, re-forge

Your Stronghold keeps sending fighters. Every kill pays, and every coin you spend upgrades the whole brigade at once.

  1. 1

    A wave spawns

Every 8.3 seconds your Stronghold adds fighters, up to 6 per wave once Recruit Wave is maxed. You never queue a unit.

  2. 2

    You fight, and get paid

Kills are your income. A fighter pays 5 gold and 5 wood, a gate or tower 30g and 15w, an enemy Stronghold 250g. Faction bonuses add to the fighter bounty.

  3. 3

    You spend

One Armory purchase upgrades every fighter you own and every one you will ever spawn. Instantly.

Factions

Five armies, five Strongholds

A faction changes your roster, your fighters and your fortress, never the upgrade tree you buy from. Player colour lives in the ring on the ground, so faction identity and team colour never fight each other.

The Armory

Fifteen lines. One army-wide effect.

There is no unit shop and no tech tree to plan around. Buy a tier and every fighter you own is upgraded the moment you pay, along with every one that spawns after.

Gold and wood deliberately do not convert. Gear is mostly wood-priced while skills and economy are gold-priced, so you are permanently holding a surplus of the wrong currency. That is what the Trader is for.

Questions

Straight answers

What kind of game is Buff Brigade?

A base-siege strategy battler. Two to 12 commanders take slots on the 96x68 Foundry Arena, each with one fortified plateau. Your army spawns on a timer, your kills pay for the upgrades, and you win by being the last Stronghold standing. Matches are designed for 6 to 10 minutes: FFA Quick ends in sudden death at 8:00, and Ranked resolves at 11:00.

Is it free?

Yes. Every battle, both online and against bots, is free, and so are the four core factions. Ads are never forced, never interstitial and never shown after a match; the only ads are the optional ones you choose to watch for a reward.

Can I buy an advantage?

No. The store sells looks and convenience, never power: no combat stats, no gear tiers, no crates, no XP boosts, no ladder points. The one currency, Diamonds, is earned in every battle. The premium Devil Legion has the same power budget as the free factions and stays out of Ranked, and Full Auto is disabled in Ranked.

How does online play work?

Online matches run on a server-authoritative host, so the server, not your phone, decides every fight. Casual free-for-all seats up to 12 commanders and fills empty seats with bots, so a match starts in seconds. Ranked 1v1 opens at Brigade level 7.

Which platforms?

iPhone and Android, launching together on the App Store and Google Play. Your account, progress and purchases carry across both.

Does it need an internet connection?

Only for online matches. Battles against bots, your saves and your Brigade progress work with no network at all.

Take a plateau

Everyone starts in T0. Where your brigade ends up is the whole game. Coming free to iPhone and Android, online with up to 12 commanders or offline against bots.
